This varies depending on the size of your property, how many rooms, the type of rooms, plus the quality and depth of cleaning that you require. We will always give an honest appraisal as to how long we would need to clean however the decision is ultimately yours, and you may want fewer or more hours and then prioritise the rooms and tasks to be completed.

At Fresh & Cleans we don't believe in complicated contracts but rather being fair. Like any business we have terms and conditions, which can be found in the header of any page. All we ask is that if you need to cancel your cleaning services you give us a reasonable notice.

We first carry out a phone interview. If the applicant is suitable, we then conduct a more thorough interview in person. Only after taking proof of ID and address along with any references do we accept them as part of our team.

The type of clean you will need will usually be either a general domestic clean or a deep clean.
A general clean is a maintenance regular clean.
A deep clean is when more work is required, for example cleaning skirting boards, door frames, doors, windows etc…

On the rare occasion that this may happen we shall endeavour to make sure that a suitable cover can be arranged.

No, all our cleaners are vetted and are happy to access any house keys in a secure lockable box on the day of their clean.

No, all our cleaners will carry their own products suitable for the job, and cloths. This is incorporated into our price. If requested, we may be able accommodate the use of client products. Please be aware that due to health and safety bleach is a banned substance.

Yes, of course, we have a team of cleaners, and we would be happy to assign someone different if you are not happy for any reason.

Yes, all our jobs require a minimum of 2 hours.
