Terms and Conditions / Advisory Notes

Please refer to below Terms & Conditions which must be read prior to any cleans taking place.

The List of Terms and Conditions are not exhaustive and can be amended or added to at any time.

  1. A minimum of 2 hours is required for any clean.

  2. Please note that we sometimes work in pairs.

  3. It is the client’s responsibility to book sufficient time for a clean to be carried out.

  4. Any problems regarding a clean must be reported within 12 hours of your clean. This will enable us to act upon it accordingly.  If it is not reported within that time scale it will be deemed that your clean is satisfactory.

  5. 48 hours’ Notice is required if you do not wish your clean to go ahead. If only 24 hours’ notice is given then 50% of the clean will become chargeable, if the clean is cancelled on the same day, then the clean is still chargeable. (This will be at the Manager’s discretion).

  6. For Any one off Cleans, End of Tenancy or Deep Cleans, payment is required on booking.

  7. All payments are to be made via Standing Order.  If payment fails a £15.00 Admin fee will be charged.  It is your responsibility to ensure payment goes through. £15.00 will also be chargeable if we must send out reminders for payment.

  8. We do not guarantee an exact time.  We always give an approximate.  We are travelling from one job to another and are not in control of traffic disruption, road works etc.

  9. Although we aim for you to have the same cleaner, this cannot be guaranteed for the following reasons: Sickness – Holidays, Appointments – Children sick.

  10. Under no circumstance shall we move furniture. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure any furniture is moved prior to cleans. (Unless prior discussion with Management.)

  11. Fixture and fittings (on walls) shall not be cleaned if they are not installed correctly.  We are not aware of what the item may be hanging on and this may not be safe.  However, if you take the items down then we will clean them. Also, if items require maintenance, we will not touch these, and we do not accept any responsibility for faulty items etc.

  12. Tv’s shall not be cleaned or pulled out from the wall.

  13. Prior to your clean please ensure that you remove all toys, clothing or anything that may delay the efficient cleaning of your property. This will maximise productivity and minimise the time spent on removing these items.  However, if you wish us to carry out this task then please book extra time, and you will be billed accordingly.

  14. If you have irreplaceable, collectable items then please ensure that these items are either secured or put away to enable us to clean.  We will not clean near these items if they are left out. And we will not be held responsible for any breakages.

  15. It is the client’s responsibility to look after their pets. This is for the safety of our cleaners and to ensure that pets do not escape. We are not responsible for them in any way.

  16. Before and After pics will be taken. Please advise if you do not want us to take any.

  17. We do not accept any responsibility for Clients keys.  It is the clients’ responsibility to either provide a key safe or leave a key in a safe place for the cleaner.

  18. Fresh and Cleans will close during the year on the following dates: 1 Week Easter, 1 week July, 1 week August and 1 week Christmas. (However, some Cleaners work at their discretion). Please check.

  19. We reserve the right to amend our costs as necessary, however notice will be given.
